Appointments and Cancellations

All PSC services are subject to availability. Appointments cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at (714)738-8084 as soon as possible. Please note, we must receive at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment or you will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Medical Conditions

We request that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medications you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments.

Guidelines for Hair Removal Services

Hair growth should be at least 1/4" but not longer than 1/2" for waxing and threading services. We cannot wax clients taking Accutane, Retin-A or other antibiotics due to the increased sensitivity to your skin.

Gratuities

Tipping is left to your discretion. If you are pleased with your service it is customary to extend a 15% to 20% gratuity.
